don’t just PRT SCRN errors!

Today I needed to get an error message over to a company whose product we use - cutting and pasting the error didn’t really work or at least, didn’t give enough insight to the third party as to the events that triggered the error.

So, what did i do? I used Captivate to record a movie of what i was doing and then sent that to the company!!!

    if only you could give captivate to all users, no longer would you have these conversations

    client: i was working on the thing and i got an error
    me: what thing ?
    client: you know the thing
    me: what was the error message ?
    client: dunno, when can you fix it ?

    i think that’s where Breeze comes in…you’ve got an error - so show me it!
